An Irish mammy's birthday surprise

One Irish fella flew home to Ireland for the first time in 14 months and gave his parents a huge surprise.

One fella flew home to Ireland for the first time in 14 months and gave his parents a huge surprise.

Brian flew home as it was his mam’s birthday. Aw.

He didn’t tell anyone he was coming to keep it a surprise. Double aw.

Moving first to the US and then to Israel, Brian said it was difficult to find the chance to come home.

He said the urge to post to Facebook and Twitter that he was back home was enormous (we feel you Brian), but he resisted to make sure that this was a birthday his mam wouldn’t forget.

“My family stalk me online, they do.”

He even went so far to text his mam while he was on the train saying there is a “special something” in the post for her.

Cheeky.

His mam’s reaction is priceless but stay until the end for his dad’s. “Ya divil ya!”
