This poor sloth was robbed of his lunch by a teeny tiny Bolivian squirrel monkey at Sosto Zoo in Hungary.

In the zoo sloths share their enclosure with the squirrel monkeys but it is not always a harmonious affair for the sloths as the little monkeys are quick and nimble and full of roguish antics such as this one.

In this video the defenceless sloth is hanging out, nibbling on a sweet piece of fruit when the devilish monkey slinks up and brazenly robs the snack from the sloth’s hand.

This is nature’s version of taking candy from a baby and it is mean.

Who knew life could be so cruel?
