An Post are doing their bit for the birds of Ireland

The wildlife, we mean.

Spring has come to Ireland (despite evidence to the contrary) and across the country, lambs are frolicking, cows are calving and birds are nesting - sometimes in unusual places

Annie Morris from Kildare shared this photo on Twitter of a sign put over a letter box by An Post.

It reads:

"Birds have built a nest in this box and we don't wish to disturb them. Please don't use this box until further notice".

Which is very sweet of them - and we're sure the locals don't mind giving up their postbox for a while.
