Watch Tipp player get led astray by Kilkenny fan in hilarious comedy sketch

If you know your hurling, you’ll be aware that the rivalry between Kilkenny and Tipperary is pretty deep-rooted.

Part of hurling’s so-called ‘Holy Trinity’ with Cork - Kilkenny and Tipperary matches can be full-blooded affairs on and off the pitch.

With the Championship season right around the corner, The Irish Take and Fupin Eejits decided it was time to ramp up the rivalry again with a brilliant comedy sketch.

The scene is set as a lost intercounty player from the Premier County, in seemingly enemy territory, comes across a supporter of the Cats.

After cheekily being told he’s “a brave man” (classic GAA speak) for wearing his Tipp jacket in Kilkenny, the player asks for directions to the bus station to get to Thurles for training.

Seeing the perfect opportunity, the Kilkenny fan offers to “help” and seizes his chance in hilarious fashion.

So true…

We hope there’s some form of part two, maybe some kind of ‘Blair Witch Project’ style clip after the Tipp player wakes and attempts to escape the Kilkenny woods!
