The DSPCA and Dublin Fire Brigade rescued a cat from the River Liffey yesterday
The Dublin Fire Brigade and DSPCA joined forces yesterday for a very important rescue operation.
A cat named Casper had fallen in to the River Liffey off Bridge Street in Ringsend. The cat managed to perch on a rock but was unable to climb out.
