Forever 21 sparks online controversy with men's shirt
By Claire Anderson
Forever 21, a well known clothing brand which has an outlet in Dublin, has sparked controversy today with a 'graphic tee'.
The men's shirt says "DON'T SAY MAYBE IF YOU WANT TO SAY NO." Lovely...
A women's version of the shirt does not appear to be available.
Described on Twitter as a "rape slogan" and perpetuating rape culture, this shirt is being interpreted as an offensive item with a theme of anti-consent.

Forever 21 have since removed the shirt from their website and issued the following statement:
"Forever 21 strives to exemplify the highest ethical standards and takes feedback and product concerns very seriously.
"With regards to the t-shirt in question, upon receiving feedback from our customers, we took immediate action to have it removed from our website. We sincerely apologize to anyone who was offended by the product."
