Well today is your lucky day because that very event has been filmed on Periscope and posted on Twitter.

The politician, who has just released a book of his tweets, was getting a trim and decided to share the whole thing with the public.

I have agreed 2 obey SF Style Police re beard trim. In solidarity RG,Lightbulb,Tyrone Woman getting roots done. Ken getting a shine.

It’s a busy life on the campaign trail and with the General Election just around the corner every moment counts so Mr Adams decided to share this momentous occasion with his voters.

It’s a strange broadcast, but over 600 people tuned in to watch the event live and the comments were flying in.
