Twitter has been reminiscing about life before Facebook

Some of you may have woken up to the #BeforeFacebookI hashtag this morning.

It seems a lot of you were watching @midnight on Comedy Central overnight, because you heard Chris Hardwick ask his guests what they did before Facebook came along.

- Had to actually show my emotions to people

- Could easily not notice that it was someone's birthday. Now I have to put in real effort to "forget".

- Never realised so many sick kids never had operations due to a lack of "likes"

- Would often sit around wondering what my friends were having for dinner
