A new recipe is dividing opinion all over the country

Limerick may no longer be Ireland’s city of culture but there is one culture shock doing the rounds that deserves a reward.

Bacon and cabbage chips have been invented by an adventurous chef from the Limerick regions.

The recipe is apparently not complete without parsley sauce and a layer of cheese.

This is one recipe that is dividing the office with some people overjoyed at the new discovery and others revolted by the very thought.

It is definitely something worth trying out as it seems to be the talk of the town and you know what they say, “don’t knock it 'til you try it!”
