This photo of a cheery Limerick County Council Worker is going viral on Facebook.

Photographer Nicole Landers was walking home from college recently and, as she was throwing some rubbish away, she was stopped by Martin O'Loughlin who told her he was "happy to see young people are making an effort to keep this city clean".
