Video shows terrifying moment roof collapses onto busy footpath

The falling debris narrowly missed pedestrians.

These London pedestrians had a very lucky escape when the roof of a three-story building collapsed, sending debris crashing on to the street below.

The incident which took place on Saturday afternoon on Uxbridge Road in Shepherds Bush was caught on CCTV and the footage was released by Hammersmith and Fulham Council on their Twitter account.
