VIDEO: Siberian tiger strikes up unusual friendship with his lunch
The most unlikely animal pairing has been found in Russia.
A tiger has become friends with a goat that was supposed to be his lunch.
Amur the Siberian tiger, lives in Primorsky Safari Park in Russia and Timur the goat, was put into the enclosure as a meal for Amur.
Unfortunately for Amur, Timur did not succumb to the idea of being a tiger’s lunch and instead made himself at home in the tiger’s bed.
Timur sleeps in Amur’s sleeping quarters and surprisingly gets along very well with the tiger he kicked out of his bed.
Now, after four days together, the two have become inseparable, with Timur following Amur everywhere he goes.
Siberian Tigers are an endangered species but their numbers have stabilized in recent years thanks to the conservation efforts of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
