This super-strange IKEA advert is all kinds of wonderful
We're not sure if it is the playful panda, the people in full lycra suits or the random moving furniture but we really like this IKEA advert currently showing in Malaysia.
Designed to get people down to their big sale the advert plays with puns and tells people to “get Cheras to Ikea Cheras” –get it?
It’s a puntastic melody of colourful words and funky music and really it is as likeable as the furniture on sale.
We're not quite sure what the recipe for hip, young fresh vibes is but according to IKEA, it is a collection of jaunty furniture, slinky sillouette people and most importantly a teddy panda busting moves like its 1995.
If we were to bottle the emotion, it's that feeling you get after a coffee, on a Friday evening, waiting for the weekend to begin.
Happy days.
