Twitter reacts to that image of Syrian toddler, Aylan Kurdi
By now you’ve probably seen the photo Syrian toddler Aylan Kurdi that has dominated the news today.
The horrific image of three-year-old face down on the beach in Bodrum, Turkey, after having failed to make it to the Greek island of Kos, has shocked the world.
His brother Galip and mother Rhian also drowned.
Artists all over the world have since taken to Twitter to share their view on the widely seen photo using the Turkish hashtag #KiyiyaVuranInsanlik, or #HumanityWashedAshore.
