PIC: This random act of kindness at a hospital will melt your heart

What a lovely thing to do.

A mother in Canberra, Australia had spent some days in hospital with her nine-week-old son when she found a parking ticket waiting for her.

Describing it as “one more thing I didn’t need”, the mother (who didn’t give her name) said she was shocked when she opened the envelope containing her fine and found a hand written note inside.

The note was from a woman named only as Laura and read: “I saw your car had a parking ticket on it, I’m sure whatever you are going through in hospital is tough enough so I have paid it for you.”
