Some of the fantastic young girls in Foróige in Mulhuddart, Blanchardstown, have made a video to raise awareness on mental health.
It highlights some of the issues young people can suffer from, such as anxiety, depression and panic attacks.
Leanne Oxby, a volunteer who teaches young people about mental health, said they made the video as part of their Foróige citizenship project "to raise awareness on this crucial issue".
She posted the clip to us on Facebook and asked us to share it "to show people where to go for help if they need it."
We'd be glad to, Leanne. Keep up the great work.
