Video highlights mental health issues among young people

Irish youth organisation wants to spread awareness on the issue.

Some of the fantastic young girls in Foróige in Mulhuddart, Blanchardstown, have made a video to raise awareness on mental health.

It highlights some of the issues young people can suffer from, such as anxiety, depression and panic attacks.
