VIDEO: TV3 host awkwardly mistakes celebrity’s tour manager for his partner

Poor Ireland AM host Mark Cagney dropped a bit of a clanger yesterday morning’s show.

Cagney was doing a kitchen segment with former X-Factor contestant Rylan Clark - who was over in Ireland to promote the launch

Big Brother host Rylan was asked about his fiancé Dan Neal which caused Mark to rush off camera. The host then returned with tour manager Ben who he had confused for Rylan’s partner and it all got a bit awkward from there.

You can see the horror on Mark’s face when he realises his mistake - but to be fair, Rylan takes it all in good spirits.
