We knew about the kiss cam at American sports events but we had never heard of the Flex Cam. It's pretty self-explanatory - during game breaks, the camera pans to those in the crowd and they have to flex their muscles ('only in Murica' etc.).

During a Flex Cam segment at a Philadelphia Soul game, one guy showing off for the camera - and the girls - gets royally put in his place by the woman sitting behind him, much to the delight of the commentator.
