VIDEO: Teen with Down Syndrome reacts to getting his first job

Ben Sunderson , who has Down Syndrome, applied for an internship at the Embassy Suites hotel in Frisco, Texas.

In a video uploaded to YouTube, we see that a letter has arrived from the hotel and the 19-year-old is about to find out if he's got the job. With his mom, Sharon, and dad, Scott, excitedly standing by, Ben opens the letter - and his reaction to finding out he has the job is truly touching.

He is infectiously excited, exclaiming: "I got it! I got a job".

Ben applied for the role with the help of Project Search, a program that helps young adults with disabilities to transition from school into employment.
