VIDEO: Gaelscoil kids brilliantly cover 'Uptown Funk' in Irish

Well, this is a bit adorable.

A group of kids from First Class at Gaelscoil Pheig Sayers in Cork - with some help from a grown-up, we imagine - performed this cover of 'Uptown Funk' by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars - in Irish.

It's all for Seachtain na Gaeilge - and the hit song works surprisingly well 'as Gaeilge' (there are some timing issues but they're only small so we'll let them off).

Here are the lyrics to the chorus:

'Grá againn don Ghaeilge (whuoo)

Grá againn don Ghaeilge (whuoo)

Grá againn don Ghaeilge

‘Táimid go léir le chéile-e

‘Táimid go léir le chéile-e

‘Táimid go léir le chéile-e

Oíche Sathairn agus sinn amuigh...

Féach orainn anois (lean ort)'

It's kind of catchy, right?
