Some genius in America's just thought up of the best way to shame graffiti artists after they found this on their wall.

They went to the trouble of creating a review of the work, typing it out and printing it for display next to the piece.

Valued at $3.89, the scrawl by Rick, which they aptly called "Unreadeable Text", reflects "the perverted capitalist culture inflicted upon the youth today".

Brilliant!
