Was Sharon Ní Bheolain channelling Fifty Shades Of Grey last night?
RTÉ News anchor Sharon Ni Bheolain’s latest wardrobe choice caused quite a stir on Twitter last night.
The broadcaster - who has been anchoring the Six One News for ten years - wore a leather jacket with multiple zips and people have jumped to the conclusion that last night's Six One news took on a Fifty Shades Of Grey theme.
One clever tweeter even named the outfit #50shadesofnuacht.

Sharon terrified the country earlier this month, when she hinted to the RTÉ Guide that she maybe moving on from RTÉ News.
“It’s been a very enjoyable experience, but I’m ready for something new,” she said at the time.
But gladly an RTÉ spokesperson quickly denied the rumors.
"Sharon continues to be a key presenter for RTE News,” they said.
"In regards to what she meant, I'm afraid it's not my place to interpret Sharon's words directly. It is worth noting that many of our news presenters and reporters take on other projects as well as their current roles."
Aren't we glad she didn’t go anywhere now?
