Man with neurological disease tells wife 'I Love You' for first time in 15 years

A man who has not been able to speak since 1999 because of Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), has been able to tell his wife "I love you" out loud for the first time in 15 years.

ALS is a disease of the nervous-system, and it robbed Don Moir of the ability to speak after he was placed on a ventilator.
