Campaign encourages people to learn cúpla focal on the loo

If you're out on the lash you might want to keep an eye out for these stickers in the pub jacks if you want to impress someone with a bit of Gaeilge.

Irish culture magazine Nós says the campaign by Coiste Focal Nua aims to put up stickers containing Irish versions of typical phrases punters would use on their nights out.

The creative promotion was started in Dublin.

It's aiming to spread to Galway and Belfast and has even been spotted in London.

The stickers come in packs of 50 at a cost of €5 by emailing coistenabhfocal@gmail.com.
