Black Friday can be a harrowing experience for shop staff, so one worker thought that his fellow workers could do with a bit of a boost before their doors opened.

Scott, a Target employee, stands on the conveyor belt of a checkout and delivers a rousing speech to gee-up his workmates.

We're sure the workforce were ready for the upcoming shopping frenzy, especially after Scott ends on a high, with his arms raised triumphantly in the air, and shouts: "THIS... IS... TARGET!"
