This couple just got married during the Web Summit

So, there you are planning your company trip across the Atlantic, and you decide to tie the knot during your venture.

Well, it's not as if you'd be kept busy making arrangements to travel from the States across to the three-day Web Summit in Dublin to pitch your idea to potential investors, is it?

That's what Loren and Christina Stone, who got married during their Web Summit excursion, thought when they planned their trip.

"It makes sense, right," says Loren who thought: "let's just do it and just plan it as we go." Then he points to his new wife, Christina, and says "She's been handling it."

So, in the midst of the start-ups and technology at the RDS, true love blossomed and Christina's head was left spinning with it all, as she explains in the clip below.

Newstalk's Richard Chambers caught up with kilt-clad Loren and his new wife to hear why they decided to tie the knot during their stay in Ireland, and Loren's story of his unusual proposal technique.
