Pumpkin carving: Here's how the professionals do it

If you tried your hand at carving a pumpkin this Halloween, you probably realised two things: first, it's quite difficult, and second, you probably suck at it.

That's not a problem for Mark Evan, professional pumpkin carver (which we have just learned is a thing) at Maniac Pumpkin Carvers. With the help of the marketing team from GoPro, they shot this great video of the process.
