VIDEO: Dog interrupts football match for a belly rub

The players were happy to oblige.

A football match in Argentina was interrupted the other day when a dog wandered onto the pitch looking for a rub.

The black dog appeared during the match between Belgrano and Quilmes and was a little bit over-excited by all the people - and the ball.

A Quilmes player Sebastián Romero calmed the dog down with a series of belly rubs before carrying him off the pitch but it wasn't fast enough for one of his teammates who snapped at Romero for not moving fast enough.

Seems like someone's not a dog person...
