Driver reverses off tow truck to avoid fine

This guy was not pleased with the local parking enforcement in Waltham Forest, east London.

In the video, the driver can be seen angrily climbing into his car that has been placed on a tow truck before reversing off - with a bit of a bang - and driving away.
