Burger King launches black cheeseburger

It looks... interesting. But it's only being sold in Japan.

Burger King launches black cheeseburger

Burger King in Japan is about to launch black cheeseburgers. Black buns, patties and yes, black cheese.

Yum.

The black colouring in the cheese and bun reportedly comes from charcoal so we guess it adds to the flavour?

Either way, it definitely doesn't look too appetising - it's sort of how we'd imagine burgers in hell look like. And the melted cheese looks like tar.

The burger - known as the Kuro - is topped off with a squid ink, onion and garlic sauce.

Mind you, we probably wouldn't say no at 2am after a few social beverages.
