Police investigating Bieber for allegedly lashing out at fan and taking camera phone

Justin Bieber is reportedly being investigated for attempted battery and robbery.

The 20-year-old singer, who is currently on probation, allegedly lashed out when a fan started taking pictures of him on a camera phone while he was enjoying a date with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez, 22, at Dave & Buster's restaurant in Los Angeles last night.
