A Cambridge University is looking for a Doctor of Chocolate
A Cambridge University is looking for someone to devote 3-and-a-half years of their life to chocolate.
And get paid!
A PhD student is being sought for a fully-funded research project which will investigate methods to stop chocolate melt in warm climates.
The successful applicant will "investigate the factors which allow chocolate, which has a melting point close to that of the human body, to remain solid and retain qualities sought by consumers when it is stored and sold in warm climates".
Applications close on August 29th.
Where so we sign up?! Oh, right here.
