PICTURES: Simon posts ‘like father like son’ picture on Twitter

We love this softer side of Simon.

Simon Cowell has posted a picture of himself and his son wearing matching sunglasses.

The music mogul took to his Twitter account yesterday to show that six-month-old Eric is already following in his fashion footsteps.

The snap of him holding baby Eric as they both pose in their Ray Bans on what appears to be a luxury yacht.

The 54-year-old star welcomed his first child with girlfriend Lauren Silverman, 37, into the world on Valentine's Day this year and has been posting a number of images of the adorable tot on the social networking site ever since.

In addition to being a proud father, 'The X Factor' judge also uses his Twitter account to show off pictures of his beloved dogs, Squiddly and Diddly, with their most recent photo shoot taking place on a sandy beach in Miami, Florida.
