WATCH: Taylor Swift serenades little boy fighting cancer

Taylor Swift stopped by the Boston Children's Hospital over the weekend to surprise a very special cancer patient Jordan Lee Nickerson.

Lee who old bravely faced open heart surgery at 18 months old has been diagnosed with Williams Syndrome, a disease that can cause both physical and developmental disabilities.

And just two weeks ago the six year old was also diagnosed with Leukemia.

Just before Jordan was due to receive another round of chemotherapy the superstar surprised him in his hospital room and serenaded him with a song of his choice.

“I know you love to sing songs for people,” he tells her.

“I do but I want to sing a song for you more than all the other people,” Swift responds.

“Just do it,” he then hilariously exclaims.

Taylor offers to play him any song of his choice in which Jordan adorably says “[I want you to play] your favourite song”.

As soon as Swift hits the first few chords of ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,’ he shrieks happily in agreement, “Yes! That song!”.

Jordan immediately starts to sing and dance alongside Swift while she sings the song’s chorus.

Jordan was over the moon by the surpise visit, “I didn’t know you’d come,” he adorably says to Taylor.

That might be the cutest thing we’ll see all day and just perfect for the post bank holiday blues.

Taylor even stayed around to partake in what looked like a serious game of ice hockey.

Check out Jordan’s Facebook page for more pictures of the visit.
