US sports fans go mad for meat-in-a-glass treat

American website Sports Illustrated feautures a sporting snack food item of the week, and this week’s is a doozy.

Man v Food and a host of other shows have given us insight into the fact that Americans, well, have rather unusual food tastes.

The site has a weekly slot dedicated to highlighting weird food creations at sports grounds to a wider audience and this one is really something.

We give you the Pulled Pork Parfait!

Yep, that’s pork.

Layered with mashed potato (oh mercy!) into a knickerbocker glory-style feast.
