On last night's Six One News, Brian Dobson made a bit of an uncharacteristic blunder just as the show went live.

In a rare slip-up, the usually slick newsreader thought he was meant to be standing up but, alas, he was supposed to be sitting down.

Cue awkward silence as Brian does the Walk of Shame across the studio.

Of course, Sharon was as unflustered as ever. And don't worry, Brian, you're still a national treasure.
