Macklemore’s love for Ireland grows

Macklemore and Goudling take to twitter to show their love for Ireland after last night's gig.

Macklemore’s love for Ireland grows

Macklemore took to the stage of Marlay Park last night entertaining 37,000 fans - in the rain of course - but that didn't stop them putting on an outstanding show.

Macklemore - one half of Macklemore and Ryan - debuted in Ireland in 2011 playing to a mere 200 fans at the Twisted Pepper in Dublin. A show that inspired him to return to Ireland to play their largest headlining show of all time and according to fan tweets, he didn't disappoint.

After the gig, Macklemore took to his social media accounts to say, “Thank you so much Dublin. I'll never forget last night. Love always.”

Ellie Goudling - who support Macklemore last night - also took to Twitter expressing her love for Ireland and posted this Instagram picture of her indulging in an Irish coffee.

And of course a cheeky tweet to complain about the Dublin traffic.

Our love for them has equally grown, come back soon guys.
