Baseball fans in San Francisco were treated to a masterclass in 'How To Be An Awesome Dad' over the Father's Day weekend when a man in the stands pulled off this epic one-handed catch.

Holding his young son in one hand, he casually snatches a foul ball from the air with the other -acknowledging the crowd's delight with a nonchalant nod of the head.
