Knighthood for Daniel Day Lewis

The Irish actor Daniel Day Lewis has been given a knighthood.

The three time Oscar winner makes the British Queen's Birthday Honours List along with actress Angelina Jolie, who is being made an honorary Dame for her humanitarian work.

Stephen Sutton has been awarded an MBE after inspiring people to donate more than £4m to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
