Suspect arrested at Bullock home

Police have arrested a suspected burglar at the Los Angeles home of Sandra Bullock while the actress was there.

Los Angeles police spokeswoman Nuria Vanegas said officers responded to a call reporting a prowler at around 6.30am local time and arrested Joshua Corbett, 39, on suspicion of residential burglary.

Bullock’s publicist Cheryl Maisel told People magazine the actress was “unharmed and fine”.

The 49-year-old star is best known for her roles in 'Speed', 'Gravity', and 'The Blind Side', for which she won an Academy Award.
