Have you seen Rihanna's saucy new Twitter profile pic?

It's not exactly what you'd expect from the controversial popstar...

Generally, it's considered a bit of a fashion faux-paus to exactly copy someones outfit but in this case, it seems Rihanna is more flattered than annoyed - she's even made it her new Twitter profile pic.

The homage (to THAT see-through dress, pictured below ) came from a very unexpected source, however - Peter Griffin from Family Guy.

Peter's revealing ensemble is modelled after Rihanna's controversial outfit at the recent CFDA Awards. The singer raised eyebrows and turned heads in a sparkly, barely-there, net dress by deigner Adam Selman.

Rihanna gave her approval of the tribute in this NSFW tweet.

So the big question is... who wore it better?
