Rapper 50 Cent - real name Curtis Jackson - was invited to throw the ceremonial first pitch at last night's New York Mets game.

It did not go well for the man, with the commentators noting "it's good that he never had a choice between playing for the Mets or being a rapper."

Ouch. A good physique and upside-down sit-ups do not a baseball player make.

Still, he did better than "Call Me Maybe" singer Carly Rae Jepsen.
