Lahinch pub tweets congratulations on councillor's "erection"

We hope they meant election...

This has to be the best tweet of the election.

Flanagan's bar in Lahinch sent out this unfortunate tweet last night, congratulating Fine Gael Councillor, Bill Slattery on his election.

At least, that's what they meant to say. We hope.

Congrats to Councillor Slattery on his erection this weekend, a great result for north clare, and well done to Councillor Nagle also.
