Cyclists stumble upon surreal countryside rave

There you are, heading out on a nice afternoon cycle through the countryside, when all of a sudden, BOOM - daytime techno rave.

That's what happened to this keen cyclist as he wound his way through a trail in England, and luckily he's the serious type who had a camera rolling.

Tim Fry, who uploaded the video, wrote: "[my friend] and I thought we'd go for nice quiet sunshine ride at the Dyke on the South Downs Way, what we saw next was just plain surreal and not a bunch of badgers."

South Downs Way is a national trail between Winchester and Eastbourne in England - it's 160km (100m) long, and long stretches are essentially in the middle of nowhere.

Media reports say this rave at South Downs Way had at least 400 cars parked in the area, and at least seven sound systems – and it only ended at 7am Monday morning.

On another note - that's one fantastic bike setup, isn't it?
