Will Ferrell and Chad Smith finally had their drum battle. And it was epic

Who knew Will Ferrell could actually drum?

Will Ferrell and Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers had their long-awaited drum-off on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon last night.

After years of being mistaken for Will Ferrell, Chad Smith publically challenged Ferrell to the showdown in February of last year to settle their feud once and for all.

Dressed alike, in matching Kiss T-shirts and backwards baseball caps, Will and Chad (or is it Chad and Will?) do look seriously similiar. The pair explained to host Jimmy what led to their rivalry and they finally made their peace.

While Will can definitely drum, we have a sneaking suspicion though that he had a bit of help with some of his drum solos.
