Pictures show drama of lightning strikes over Galway Bay

We’d been hearing reports of some extreme weather in pockets of the country yesterday. These pix show it.

These scenes from Ballybane, Co Galway capture some pretty dramatic lightning strikes over Galway Bay yesterday.

They’re the work of Galway Tribune reader Aaron Keary, who sent them to the paper yesterday.
