Sarah sticks it to Twitter trolls by wearing BAFTA dress again
We wrote recently about how British comic Sarah Millican had written a touching and honest article about her experience at last year's BAFTA awards, where her joy at being nominated (and asked to present) was spoiled by Twitter criticism of the dress she wore.
"I’m sorry. I thought I had been invited to such an illustrious event because I am good at my job," wrote the comic, who described how her floral dress from John Lewis had been the target of "literally thousands of messages from people criticising my appearance".

Well, the BAFTA awards were on again last night, and as in 2013, our heroine was up for a gong.
Unfortunately, she wasn't able to make it to last night's ceremony, but she made good of her promise to make a point - and wore the dress while performing a stand-up gig in Buxton (wherever that is).
And props to the crowd, who raised the roof when she came out wearing it.
We like you, Sarah Millican.
You're alright by us, kid.
