Jay Z and Beyoncé rope in superstar pals for fake movie trailer

One minute they're fighting in lifts, the next they're robbing banks…

Musical power couple Jay Z and Beyoncé have released a surprise YouTube clip promoting their upcoming On The Run joint tour - a fake trailer for an action film starring the two as a modern-day Bonnie and Clyde and featuring a host of A-list stars.

The four-minute clip sees Jay and Bey play a gangster couple who pull one big heist, only to see it all unravel…

It stars Sean Penn, Don Cheadle, Jake Gyllenhaal, Emmy Rossum (Shameless USA) and Guillermo Diaz (no, us neither) and has a release date of 'Coming Never'.

Although we'd probably go see it…

The duo's tour of the US and Canada is set to kick off in Miami on June 25.
