Calfornia wildfires rage, people take selfies

'I should really take a picture of myself with this out-of-control, dangerous fire and upload it to the internet.' Yep, that's the thing to do.

Scorching temperatures and dry winds have led to fast-moving wildfires raging across southern California. Thousands have been forced to evacuate their homes and authorities have declared a state of emergency. In one town, 30 buildings were burned to the ground.

So what do people do when there’s a natural disaster and imminent danger? Take a selfie, of course.
