VIDEO: Jordanian TV pundits destroy studio during heated on-air argument

Things got a little out of hand last night on Jordanian televison when a set-wrecking fight broke out between two journalists.

Shaer Al-Johari, head of the Electronic Media Association in Jordan and Mohammed Al-Jayousi, editor-in-chief of the news Web site al-Mustaqbal al-Arab were discussing the issue of media freedom in Syria and the conservation grew heated when they started accusing each other of supporting the Syrian revolution.

This led to the two men shoving the studio table toward each other and flipping it over. It really has to be seen to be believed. Skip to the one minute mark to watch it all kick off.

Crew members rushed in to calm the men down and the host quickly ended the show.

You wouldn't see that kind of nonsense on Miriam O’Callaghan's watch, that's for sure.

This is not the first time a live debate on Jordan TV has turned violent. In 2012, a Jordanian politician pulled a gun on an activist during a panel discussion.

Fortunately, the presenter was able to calm him down before anyone got hurt.
